Description: Rectangular, blue lapis lazuli, mounted in a gold setting.

A: Nude Aphrodite anadyomene standing to front, wringing her hair, with a star on the left and a crescent on the right.
B: Planetary divinities Osiris, Hathor, Athena wearing a helmet and a long garment, holding an axe and attacking a snake, Demeter, donkey-headed deity, Amun (?), and Anubis.
C: Greek inscription on the edge: αλχθεν ιωροπρηριαμαρζα καωπακερρα → unidentified voces.
