A: On the left: Asclepius in frontal view, head to right, wearing a mantle, upper body nude. His left hand leans against a serpent entwined staff, the right hand is bent. Artemis of Sardis is shown in frontal view, with feet, veil, breasts, head, headdress visible. On her right, at the top: a lying crescent, at the bottom: a stalk of poppy; on her left, at the top: a seven-pointed star, at the bottom: a stalk of wheat. Inscription between the two figures: ιαω. On the left, behind Asclepius, from top to bottom: φρην → Ἰάω, variant of Φρῆ.
B: Inscription in five lines: αρυη|σουα|ρουλ|ονβε|ιν → αρουα-logos?
