A: Falcon-headed man-like figure standing to right. He is wearing a kilt and a wig; holding a long scepter in his left hand and the hieroglyph 'sa' in his right.
In the free space the fragments of an inscription and two stars: ιαω → Ἰάω.
B: Inscribed in three lines: σαμ|μλιχ|οσ → σαμμλιχος.
