Head covered with a headcloth and crowned with the solar disk, and framed by animal protomes, in profile, from left and right. Body wrapped in bandage, arms crossed over the chest. Two pairs of outstretched wings attached to the shoulders behind the figure. In the free field on the left: squatting figure of Isis, to left, with a wig and crown (or hieroglyph) on her head.
B: Ouroboros enclosing a scarab with outstretched wings. Around, inscription beginning at the top on the left: αωιεηωηυοιηυωυωηωαεηιουω → vocales.
