A: Frontal view of cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head to right. Probably semi-nude, right arm raised high and holding a whip, left arm holding a round shield. Porpax and antilabe visible. In the free field on the left and below: two seven-pointed stars. Letters scattered around the figure: ιαωι → vocales including Ἰάω.
B: Inscribed in three lines: θο|ριπ|α.
