Transverse oval gem with lentoid section, obverse slightly convex, reverse more strongly convex.
A: Lion-headed, rayed Ouroboros to right, encircling characteres, the Greek inscription: ιαω → Ἰάω, and the fragment of an additional character.
B: Greek inscription, written in five lines: variant of the νυχευ|[αβολ]βανοιοα|[ηιου]σαηιουαα|[ηιοβακ]αξιχυα|[οκερ] αταγασ → variant of the νυχευα βολβαχ-logos.
