A: Frontal view of cock-headed Anguipes in armour. Head to left. Whip held in the right hand, round shield in the left hand. Inscription below the figure: ιαω → Ἰάω. Next to the left snake’s leg from bottom to top: σαβαωθ → Σαβαώθ. Next to the right snake’s leg from bottom to top: αδωναι → Ἀδωναΐ.
B: Inscription in two lines: σεμε|σιλαμ → variant of σεμεσειλαμ.
