A: Three-quarter view of cock-headed Anguipes, head to left. The Anguipes wears a fringed cloak, a diagonal band is cast over the chest. Left hand close to the body and holding a whip, right arm hid behind an oval shield. Snake’s legs parallel to left. In the shield, inscription in two lines with mirror writing: φροθ?]|υλμ → unidentified voces; characteres and unintelligible letters. Around, at the top right edge of the gem, fragment of an inscription: ιαειεοευ[- - -]ο → vocales.
