A: Ouroboros enclosing a uterus-symbol with a five-bitted key, and a group of deities, from left to right: Nephthys with winged arms, wearing a long robe; the mummy of Anubis; mummy of Osiris with the solar disk on his head; Isis with raised right hand. Rest of an inscription in the free field: α[. . .]ουω → The Greek vowel series. Outside the Ouroboros, also fragmented: σο[- - - - - -] → part of σοροορ-logos.
B: Inscription in two lines: λητο|ορωρ|ιουθ|ειδεσ → voces including ορωριουθ, Λητοίδης (S. Michel)
