A: Ouroboros enclosing a uterus-symbol with a six-bitted key, and a group of deities, from left to right: Nephthys with winged arms, wearing a long robe; the mummy of Anubis; mummy of Osiris with the solar disk on his head; Isis with one hand raised in greeting. Letters scattered around the uterus: ιαω → Ἰάω. Outside the Ouroboros, fragmented: σοροορμ[- - - - -] → part of σοροορ-logos.
B: Inscription in two lines:  ορωρι|ουθ → ορωριουθ.
