A: Rider on a rearing horse to right (Solomon). He is wearing tunic, mantle, and shoes, stabbing a woman lying on the earth with a spear held in his right hand. The woman has long hair and is raising her right hand in a defensive gesture (Lilith). In the free field: an eight-pointed star in front of the head of the rider; a small tree with five leafy branches in front of Lilith, on the left.
B: Inscription in six lines: ιαω|σαβα|ωμιχ|αηλγ|αβρι||ηλ → Ἰάω, Σαβαώ, Μιχαλ, Γαβριλ.
