A: Female figure standing in profile to left, dressed in tunic and mantle (Henig: Isis-Demeter?). Left hand raised high and leaning on a tall sceptre, right hand lowered beside the body, slightly outstretched and holding a palm branch. Head crowned with a wreath.
B: Inscription in two lines: φιλω|νασ.
C: Inscription around the edge: σθενεχεσσουθι → voces including variant σουθις.
