A: Warrior represented in the Mars ultor-type (Ares or Hadad?), with helmeted head to left, wearing armour, mantle, and boots. The bent and raised right hand holds a spear, the tip of which ends in a leafy branch, in the left hand, lowered beside the body, round shield viewed from the side.
B: Inscription in twelve lines: σηριμαλβεθοθσει|ναβουψενψενιχιθιθερ|παραμαρμαραιωθαμη[- - -]|θεθεειωθινειθριξιφλα[- - -]|ηανμενηεθεμορηηφωψ[- - -]||κερχανθθεμσαβιραυησαρ[- - -]|βωνευθερμεριαψισαχνω[- - -]|[- -]λλαλαμιλλαλαμιωχαρχη[- - -]|[..]ιλωνημκιρανιωλησθαβραχε[- - -]|μαλαμιευαηωκρηφχαβιου||λαηνεφωνσαγαρξισαχα|ρξιηιουηιοιυ → voces including Μαρμαραουώθ, Εὐλαμω, variant of  Ἀβρασάξ, vocales.
