A: Ouroboros, with head in profile to left, enclosing a human-headed scarab with arms raised. Around the head, eleven rays. Five eight-pointed stars scattered in the free field (two on the sides, three at the bottom), on the left side, a lying crescent. Inscription around the head: ειλαμψ → variant of σεμεσειλαμ.
B: Untransliterated letters and signs in six lines, between two eight-pointed stars.
