A: Sarapis enthroned to left, clad in a mantle, right hand stretched forward. The throne rests on a crocodile, head to left, which is placed over a bandaged mummy wearing the atef and lying on the back of a lion walking to left. Below the hand of Sarapis, a scorpion, above it, an unidentified object (Bonner: incense burner). The scene is encircled by a human-headed serpent crowned with seven rays and the solar disk(?). Inscribed at the top: αβλαναθανιαω and various letters → Ἀβλαναθαν[αλβα], Ἰάω. Almost half of the design broken off and missing.
B: Harpocrates seated to left on a lotus flower with four buds, left hand holding a flail. Above the flail, a crescent. Inscribed around the edge in two lines: [- - - -]βαλακαμσθομβλη|[- - - ]ιντωφορυν[- -] → part of σθομβαολη-logos, [δὸς χάρ]ιν τῷ φοροῦν[τι]. 'Grant favor to the wearer'.
