A: Mummy of Osiris in bandage, head crowned with the solar disk, to left, lying on the back of a lion striding left. Behind them: Anubis standing to left, clothed, right hand raised in greeting, left hand holding a key. On both sides: winged Isis and Nephthys, with Isis-crowns on their heads, protecting the mummy of Osiris. Inscription around the edge, beginning at bottom left: βαινχωωωχαβρασαξ → Βαϊνχωωωχ, Ἀβρασάξ.
B: Inscription in three lines: two lines of characteres, below: αεηιουω → The Greek vowel series.
