A: Lion-headed deity standing to left, right hand raised to mouth, left hand resting on the hip. Eight rays around the head, upper body nude, draped from waist to ankles. In the free field on the right, three square sigmas in a vertical column, on the left, a long scepter passing through four square sigmas two of which open upward, the others downward.
B: Inscription in seven lines: χυχ|βαχυχ|βακαχυχ|βακαξιχυχ|βαγητο||βαινχω|ωωχ. → βακαξιχυχ-logos.
