Description: Rectangular, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite. Side B damaged on the surface, otherwise intact.
A: Ithyphallic figure in three-quarter view, feet and head (unspecified, perhaps that of an ibis?) to right, left hand holding a scepter, right hand holding the hieroglyph ankh (?). Above, a winged scarab; below, a crocodile, to left. On the sides: scorpions crawling to top (top), swallows facing inwards (center), rearing snakes (bottom). (For an interpretation, cf. CBd-2.)
B: Horizontal inscription in a tabula ansata: ιαεωθ.
