A: Anubis standing on a globe, head to left, wearing a short tunic and mantle, which hides his left arm. Right hand raised and holding a scorpion and a short scepter with an unidentified ornament at the top. On the left side, several letters, a crescent and a circle. Inscription on the right edge: "beginning at the top, the first ten letters of the Chabrach formula(χαβραχφβεσκηρφικροφνυρωφωχωβωχ), which is continued on the bottom of the prism, then upwards on face C, finishing on the top of the prism." (Bonner).
D: Isis standing to front, and holding a statuette of Harpocrates (?) with scepter and flail in her right hand and a serpent in her left hand. Below, horned Pan standing to left, dancing and holding a syrinx in his right hand, left hand holding a throwing stick. Beside, pantheistic god. Inscription around the edge: letters, characteres and at right: ονιταπ?] τωζαυχτατ|απ?]ζα?]χαζ → unidentified voces.
