A: Ouroboros, with head to left, enclosing a uterus-symbol with a seven-bitted key. Ligaments and fallopian tubes indicated. Above the uterus, on the left: Anubis as a mummy in profile to right; on the right: Isis-Tyche in a long robe, crowned, facing left, a scepter in her right hand, left hand holding a cornucopia.
B: Inscription in four lines: ορωρ|ιουθ|ορωρ|ιωουθ → ορωριουθ, variant of ορωριουθ, followed by a line of characteres.
