A: Lion-headed Anguipes to front, head to right, wearing tunic, kilt and crown. Right hand raised and bent in elbow, holding a whip, left hand stretched forward and holding a globe. Inscription with letters scattered in the free field: ιαω → Ἰάω.
B: Inscription in four lines: λεο|ντο|ρηκ|τα →  λεοντορῆκτα. 'Render of lions'.
