A: On the left, a female deity standing to right, facing Horus on the lotus flower. Three stars underneath. The goddess wears a long robe and the double feather crown; her left hand holds a was-scepter, her right hand holds an ankh. Horus is sitting with knees drawn up, right hand raised to mouth, solar disk on the head. Inscription under the lotus flower and on the left side of the image: ιαω → Ἰάω, in exergue χυχ. Star and crescent above the two figures.
B: Inscribed in three lines: αβρασαξ ιαεω → Ἀβρασάξ, vocales including variant of Ἰάω.
