A: Four-winged Pantheos standing to front, on a cartouche, feet to right. Roughly worked out head topped with a solar disk and uraei. A bird's tail projects from the hips to the left of the body. Behind the wings: two scepters on the left and two scepters on the right, with a bird on the top.
B: Inscription in three lines: δια|φυλ|αξον → διαφύλαξον, “protect!”.
