A: On the left, an open-mouthed snake with a crown on its head, to right. On the right, facing the snake, a male figure standing to left, with both arms raised and holding an unidentified object. He wears a long mantle, his head surrounded with a nimbus. Between them, an altar (?). Behind the snake, an eight-pointed star and three crescents behind the figure. The scene is encircled by the simplified representaion of an Ouroboros. Below the baseline, a scarab with outstretched wings (?) (Bonner: winged globe; Spier: uncertain object).
B: Characteres in three lines, with horizontal bands between them.
