A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, head to right and surrounded by six (?) rays. The flattened coils of Chnoubis are trampled upon by a four-legged animal, facing him.
B: Sarapis seated in profile to left on a throne, which rests on the back of a crocodile. He is crowned with the solar disk, left hand raised and leaning on a tall sceptre, right hand holding an unidentified object (Bonner: patera?). In the free field an inscription: βαινχωωωχ → Βαϊνχωωωχ.
C: Inscribed around the edge: χνουωραβρασαξσισισρωσισιφερμου → σισισρω-logos.
