A: Frontal view of a four-winged Bes-Pantheos standing with feet to right, upon an Ouroboros-cartouche enclosing five notches indicating animals. Head crowned with the atef (complete with ram's horns and uraei) and framed by eight animal protomes. The arms hold two was-scepters, a bird's tail and a crocodile's tail project to the left of the hips. Feet are in the shape of jackal's heads. In the free field, to the right and left of the figure, signs and letters: ιηιαι → vocales.
B: Lion in profile to left, trampling over a mummy lying with head to left. Below and around the edge, rest of an inscription: αλαμουν → unidentified voces.
