A: Ithyphallic baboon, squatting to front, head topped with a snake, which holds a palm branch in its mouth. Six-pointed star in both hands of the baboon.
B: Inscription in eight lines: ηλιαμ|βρωνη|νεμορω|ποιησατε|απονοντο||υστομαχ|ουμαρι|αν →  ηλιαμβρων ηνεμορω. Ποίησατε ἄπονον τοῦ στομάχου Μαρίαν.
