From left to right: the mummy of Anubis, to right; lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, head surrounded with five rays; Isis-Tyche in a long robe in profile to left, right hand raised, left hand lowered beside the body and holding a cornucopia. Inscription in the free field: αεηιουω → The Greek vowel series. Outside the Ouroboros: σοροορμερφεργαρβαρμαφριουηριγξι → σοροορ-logos
B: Inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
