A: On the left, a large serpent (not lion-headed and without rays, thus differing from the usual representation of Chnoubis) coiling upon a profiled base, to right. On the right, a half-kneeling orant, facing the serpent.
B: Frontal view of Hecate trimorph, wearing peplos and crowned with the modius. Uppermost and lowermost arms holding indistinct objects (top: torches?, bottom: whips?). Letters in the field, to the left and right of the figure: ιαω → Ἰάω.
C: Inscription around edge: [.]βρασαχσαβαωαιλω → variant of Ἀβρασάξ Σαβαώθ Ἰάω.
