Obverse upright, reverse transverse oval. Edge diagonally cut, both faces flat. Broken, surface worn. 
A: Fragment. Ouroboros with head at top to right, encircling a uterus. Above the uterus a group of three deities, from right to left: Isis, wearing a long garment, a mantle and the double feathers crown, right hand raised in greeting; lion-headed Chnoubis, in profile to left, head surrounded with double rays (five visible); nothing is left of the third deity. Below the womb, the handle and lower part of the key is visible, the bits are worn off. Inscription outside the Ouroboros: εσοροορμε[---] → σοροορ-logos (σοροορ-logos).
B: Greek inscription: [ορωρ]|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
