Description: A and B upright oval and flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite, damaged at the left border of both side A and side B.

A: Standing ram-headed Khnum with atef-crown, complete with ram's horns, holding a two-pointed object (plant?) in his right hand.
B: Inscription in five lines: θομβρι|φαχανα|ρθαχμ|αχαφα|ου → unidentified voces.
