A: Hermes-Thoth standing to left, wearing a mantle thrown over his shoulder and left arm, and winged boots. In his left hand a kerykeion, in his right hand a crook. He is wearing a lotus diadem on his head.
B: Inscription in six lines: αστρομανδανησιαβοκχοθενωρ.
C: Inscription: αωρωρωριω → unidentified voces.
