A: In the centre, frontal view of a nude Helios-Hermes-Dionysos with twelve rays around his head. Letters between the rays: χαρχενδαβραη. In his left hand a kerykeion, in his right hand a thyrsus and a palm branch. On his left, there is an ithyphallic baboon, holding a whip and a double axe in his right hand. On his right (under the kerykeion), a thunderbolt and a snake.
The deity is standing on top of a figure lying with face upwards.
B: Inscription in eight lines: σεμε|σειλανξ|μιχαηλ|αχελω|ιου||ιου|ιου|ακιροκομα → variant of σεμεσειλαμ, Μιχαήλ, unidentified voces, triads of vocales.
