Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Dark green and red jasper. The lower part of the gem is broken off and missing, surface chipped.

A: Upper part of a figure standing to right with winged arms (Isis?), disk on head. Around, uncertain letters.
B: Upper part of a figure standing to right, indistinct crown on the head, snake coiled around the shoulders. Around, uncertain letters.
C: Around the edge: αναθ.
