Description: Both sides upright oval and flat. Shape 8. Black jasper, small damages on side A. Set in a modern, gold mount with revolving bezel.
From Egypt, purchased through E. A. Burghart in 1821.

A: On the right, the standing figure of Isis, to left, wearing a long robe and a crown with double feathers and a crescent (?) lotus?, facing the mummy of Osiris, protecting him with her wings. Osiris stands on the left, in profile towards the goddess, wearing the atef-crown.
B: Plain.
