Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both sides flat. Shape probably 8. Blue lapis lazuli, chipped at the right edge of side B. Set in a modern gold ring.
Already at the museum in 1806.

A: An Ouroboros enclosing the standing figure of Isis, to right. Left hand holding a snake, right hand holding a scepter. She is wearing a long robe and the double feather crown. Three six-pointed stars to the right of the figure.
B: Greek inscription in four lines: χαρχιλ|λααμεμ|character οισον|νιλλ → unidentified voces.
