A: Frontal view of a four-winged lion-headed Bes-Pantheos standing atop a rectangular base. The figure is crowned with a polos, topped with five uraei and nimbus, and holds two triangular objects resembling the hieroglyphs "dj" – 'to give'. To the right of the figure, a rectangular stele with Greek letters and characteres, including a six-pointed star.
B: Greek inscription in seven lines: χυχβαχυχ|βακαχυχβα|χαξιχυχχυχχ|υχβαδητοφ|ωθγαβαδα||σαβαινχω|ωυω → variant of βακαξιχυχ-logos, including βαδητοφωθ.
