Description: Upright oval, flat. Shape 8–9. Dark grey, metallic shiny haematite, damaged at the lower left part of side A. Set in a modern gold ring.

A: Ouroboros enclosing a uterus with an eight-bitted key below it, ligaments and fallopian tubes indicated. Deities above the uterus: on the left, Isis wearing a long robe, head to right, right hand raised and stretched out towards Anubis, left hand lowered beside the body. On the right of Isis the jackal-headed Anubis bandaged as a mummy, head to right, next to Anubis the lion-headed Chnoubis, crowned with five rays, head to left; on the right, Osiris bandaged as a mummy, his head adorned with the sun disk. Greek inscription around the Ouroboros: σοροορμερφεργαρ[βα]ρ|μαφριουριγξμου → σοροορ-logos, variant of Μουι.
B: Inscription in two lines: ορωρ|ιουθ → ορωριουθ.
