Description: Upright oval, both sides flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite. Intact.

A: Ouroboros with head at top, to left, enclosing Sarapis seated to right on a throne of vowels, over a crocodile. Next to his head, a scarab (?). The deity's left hand is extended over a scorpion, his right hand holds a kerykeion with two birds at the top. To the left of Sarapis, an eight-pointed star.
B: Striding lion in profile to right, with Helios on its back. Around the head of Helios three rays, and a mantle thrown over the right arm. The left hand is raised in greeting,  the right arm is bent in elbow and holds a whip. Around, in the free field, three eight-pointed stars and letters: φρηηο → variant of Φρῆ.
