Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Haematite. Right half of the gem broken off and missing.

A: The young Horus sits with both knees drawn up in a papyrus boat. Harpocrates is crowned with the solar disk, facing left. His right hand is raised to his mouth.  Around, triads of animals, counter-clockwise from the top: scarabs, falcons with double crowns, snakes (on the missing fragment probably goats and crocodiles). Greek inscription around the edge: κομηθααοκυριοστησοικουμενησσολ → voces including κύριος τῆς οἰκουμένης, 'Lord of the inhabited world'.
B: Greek inscription in six lines: [- -]ροορ|[- -]μειγαρ|[- -]βαφριο|[- -]ρξσ|[- -]ξμαρ||αωι → variant of the σοροορ-logos.
