Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Chipped along the edges.
A: Ouroboros enclosing uterus with key, in the free field, letters and characteres. Above the uterus: Isis, wearing a long garment and a crown on her head, her left hand raised in greeting; Osiris as a mummy to front; lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, with seven rays above the head. Inscription outside the Ouroboros: (S. Michel).
B: Greek inscription in three lines: ωρω|ριο|υθ → variant of ορωριουθ.
