Description: Transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Yellow jasper. Chipped along the edges.

A: Lion striding in profile to left, its tail ending in a snake’s head. In the free field above the lion, an eight-pointed star, an eye symbol or "theta", and a crescent, open to top. Below the animal, a lotus bud, and an unidentified object (Harvard: rosette, Michel: Pflanze?) in front of the animal, or in its mouth.
B: Greek inscription in two lines: τιβερεινοσ|illegible letters and characteres → amulet of Tiberinus.
