Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Dark green stone with light green flecks. Intact.
A: Nude, long-haired female figure hanging to front from a ring with horizontal poles on either side in a scene reminiscent of the punishment of Prometheus. On the left, an eagle pecking at the figure's stomach, on the right, a lion with a torch. Greek inscription next to the left elbow of the figure: ιση. Below, a mace (?), on the left, facing the figure, winged Eros with bow and arrow. B: Greek inscription in seven lines: βλαρθα|ρειμιαραχ|θατηνσυν|γεινομεν|ηνπυριφλε||ξατεωσαρ|βαθαιρασ → Βλαρθαρ εἰμὶ Αραχθα τὴν συγγεινομένην πυρὶ φλέξατε ὡς Αρβαθαιρας. 'I am Blarthar Arachtha.
