Description: Upright oval, side A flat, side B convex. Shape 2–3. Green plasma, chipped at the edge.

A: Ithyphallic baboon standing to right, left hand holding its phallus, right hand resting on the modius on its head. Greek inscription to the left: ιαω → Ἰάω, to the right: θυθω → unidentified vox.
B: Characteres and Greek letters in four lines.
