Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both sides convex, lentoid. Shape 1. Light green plasma (?), intact.

A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, head crowned with seven rays. Greek inscription vertically on the left: αναχω, and on the right side of the figure: χνουβισ → Χνουβίς. 
B: Three Z-signs and a Chnoubis-sign.
