Description: Both sides upright oval and flat. Shape 8–9. Green jasper with red spots (heliotrope), intact.

A:  Bandaged mummy (Osiris) standing to front, head topped with the hemhem-crown. The deity holds a scepter in his hands.

B: Greek inscription in five lines: αθυωμυ|χαβελθω|ηρηριψα|μεν|χθωφι → unidentified voces.
