On the left: a human-like figure with falcon head, wearing a wig, in the right hand an ankh, in the left hand a was-sceptre, over the head a cobra and a solar disk. On the right: a frog-headed goddess with wig and necklace, over the head a sun disk or crown, in the left hand an ankh sign, in the right a papyrus sceptre. Both wearing long garments. Above, between the figures: a winged cobra, over the head a solar disk, over the tail an ankh sign.
B: Inscription in six lines: εισβαιτ|εισαθωρμι|ατωνβιαεισ|δεακωριχαιρε|πατερκοσμουχα||ιρετριμορφεθεοσ.
→ εἷς Βαιτ, εἷς Αθωρ, μία τῶν βία, εἷς δὲ Ακωρι. Χαῖρε πάτερ κόσμου, χαῖρε τρίμορφε θεός. 'One is Bait, one (with him) is Hathor, one is their strength, one with them is Akori. I greet you, father of cosmos, I greet you triple-shaped god.'
