Description: Upright oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Green japser with red spots (heliotrope). Mounted in a post-antique gold setting with suspension hoops at the top and bottom.

A: Baboon holding a balance in the right hand, sitting on the back of a crocodile which stands on a quadruped with a scarab below, represented with outstreched wings. On the left: a character.
B: Greek inscription in six lines, beginning with a character: λαν|χουφιφ|ωυθθωβ|αρραβαυ|αεηιουω|φρηυφθ → voces including Θώθ, θωβαρβαραυ and the Greek vowel series.
