Head to left, right hand raised high and holding a whip, left hand hid behind a round shield, which is inscribed in three lines: ιαηιο|υωηιη|ηωιιι → vocales. Inscription above the shield in four lines: μιχαηλ|ρεφαηλ|γαβριηλ|ουριηλ → Μιχαήλ, Ρεφαήλ, Γαβριήλ, Οὐριήλ, and over the whip: αιεη → vocales. Beside the body, on the left in seven lines: σημεα|κεντευ|κοντευ|κενγευ|κηριδευ||δαρυνκω|λυκυηξι, → variant of σημεα-logos.
and below the legs in six lines: σεμεσειλαμ|λατραμαφταιωιωιω|ιηιηιηιιιιιιιιιιιι|αηαηαηαααιαι|ειω|ψινωθερθερνω → unidentified voces, including σεμεσειλαμ, voces, variants of Ἰάω. The figure is encircled by an Ouroboros, head at bottom to right.
B: Frontal view of an eagle-headed god wearing a kilt, head to left, calathus on his head with small wings at each side. There are two more wings on the shoulders, and two on the hips, a bird tail projects to the right from the hip. Each hand, raised to the shoulders, holds the hieroglyph 'sa'. Inscribed on the edge, at left and right: ασασαμ|αδουραμ → unidentified voces.
C: Around the edge: seven scarabs, a star, a character, a cynocephalus, a crocodile, a rat or dog (?), and a palm leaf.
