A: On the left: goddess standing to right, wearing tunic and mantle, in her extended right hand a long staff (scepter), in her left hand a round vessel (aryballos?). On the right: winged Nemesis wearing a peplos, on tiptoes, to left, her lowered right hand holds a leafy branch, left hand raised to mouth, a four-spoked wheel at her feet. In the field above, star within horns of crescent moon. Both goddesses clad in peplos. Inscripition in mirror writing, from right to left: φυλαξξαι → φύλαξαι (for φύλασσε or φύλαξον): 'Protect me!'.
B: Inscription in five lines: ιαω|σαβαω|αδωναι|ζαβουρη|ιομβω → voces including Ἰάω, Σαβαώ, Ἀδωναΐ, a variant of ζαγουρη.
